From there, Eskie + Associates will carry out all activities necessary to define the project’s market. Then:
Conceptualize, plan, and design the project to meet that market
Create a project pro forma based on conceptual design with real cost input
Obtain all entitlements for the project
Build public and governmental support
Generate a marketing plan to attract interest in the project
Prepare the project for construction
Once a project is ready for construction, Eskie + Associates will oversee and manage the project through completion utilizing our proven process of Owner’s Representation.
