Founded by Dennis Eskie in 1969, Eskie + Associates was a regional leader in commercial development specializing in build-to-suit for national clients such as Kmart, Dillons, and Best Buy for over two decades. The company later diversified into government offices, urban redevelopment, and residential development.

In 2015, Erin Eskie Merrill joined the company and began expanding into Owner’s Representative and real estate consulting services. On December 31, 2017, Erin joined her mother, Debi Eskie, as co-owner of the company, and Eskie + Associates gained WBE certification.

After more than 6 years of growth, new opportunities, and additions to the team, Eskie + Associates introduced Tenant Finish Representation to its offerings in January 2024.
