Career Summary

Erin has over 15 years of owner’s representative and project management experience. She began her career in project management with JE Dunn Construction where she was responsible for all aspects of project coordination, budgeting and schedule. She relied on her innate curiosity and critical thinking skills to manage complex projects from a few hundred thousand dollars to and $100 million-dollar Federal Government complex.

With a desire to better serve clients through full life cycle management, Erin turned her skills to owner’s representation at CBRE. There, she expanded her diverse skill set while leading the Institutional line of business, handling major capital improvements for private corporations, municipalities, and public institutions.

In 2015, Erin joined the family company and became an owner in 2017 after launching and expanding the owner’s representative and consulting business. As Managing Partner at Eskie + Associates, Erin is responsible for working with clients on requirements and goals and leading ground-up projects from inception through completion. Erin’s persistent approach to project management is balanced with a quick wit and keen sense of fair play.
