What is an Owner’s Representative?

An Owner’s Representative (OR) is the direct extension of the owner of a development / construction / renovation, providing the owner with an expert set of eyes and ears through all phases of their project.

The OR operates entirely in the interest of bringing the owner’s project to life while maintaining relationships, managing the budget and schedule on their behalf. Effective Owner’s Representation happens when the OR remains proactive through the whole process.
