Career Summary
Cynthia brings seven years of diverse experience in construction and facilities management. In 2013, Cynthia began working in Facilities Management at Beauty Brands, where she was responsible for budget coordination, reporting, risk assessments, and operational analysis. In 2015, she joined Sprint, now T-Mobile, managing retail store maintenance and facilities issues, leading the retail, critical and commercial facilities call center team, and honing strong leadership and crisis management skills.
Her career evolved from retail-based facilities and program management to commercial construction, where she has since led projects involving site analysis and selection in collaboration with executive teams. Cynthia is experienced in concept-to-build processes, including test fits, lease and contract negotiations, permitting, design, construction and move management. She also has technical expertise in AV systems and fiber installation.
In June of 2025, Cynthia joined the Eskie + Associates team as an Owner’s Representative + Project Manager. Her responsibilities include guiding owners from project concept to completion using frequent communication, diligent oversight and proactive problem solving throughout the process.
