Eskie + Associates served as Owner’s Representative to Master’s Transportation through their transition from Belton, MO to their newly constructed headquarters campus in South Kansas City, MO.

The project included:

• 252,000 SF Vehicle Manufacturing Facility

• 36,000 SF Class A Office Space

• 32,000 SF Vehicle Service Building

• Nearly 1 Million SF of paved parking for their large inventory of transportation vehicles.
